Refund Policy

1. Overview
StratForge offers a 7-day free trial on the Pro Strategist plan so you can evaluate the full feature set before being charged. We want you to be satisfied with your subscription, and this policy outlines when and how refunds are available.
2. Free Trial
All new Pro subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 7 days of your first paid charge if you have not made substantial use of the Pro features during that period. Renewals (monthly or annual) are not eligible for refunds once the billing period has started, except where required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to Pro features until the end of the current paid period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] within the eligibility window described above. Include the email address associated with your account and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not made substantial use of the Pro features. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that the policy is being abused (for example, repeated sign-up and refund cycles). Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
