Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StratForge ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and StratForge ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
StratForge is a web platform and Discord bot that provides alliance management, gift-code redemption, scouting, and analytics tools for mobile strategy games including Kingshot and Whiteout Survival. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers of those games.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You authenticate via Discord OAuth; you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. You may not share your account or use the Service on behalf of others without their knowledge and consent.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued except where required by applicable law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe any intellectual-property rights, transmit malware or spam, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or circumvent any rate limits or access controls. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
6. Game API Use
The Service may interact with third-party game APIs on your behalf using credentials you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that such use complies with the terms of service of those games. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to game APIs; endpoints may change or be removed without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code comprising the Service are owned by StratForge or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission. User-submitted data (e.g., alliance notes) remains your property; you grant us a licence to store and display it as necessary to operate the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRATFORGE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Discord server or the in-app announcement banner at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StratForge is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
